This assignment will give you experience evaluating many different formats of the Balanced Scorecard. The instructions are:

Step #1: Do an Internet search on ‘Healthcare Balanced Scorecard’. Review the many different formats of the Balanced Scorecard used by various healthcare organizations. Decide on three formats you believe are particularly effective.

Step #2: Prepare a 3-4 page summary (Word or PowerPoint) of your Balanced Scorecard analysis and recommendation. The analysis must include the reasons you believe the three scorecards you selected are most effective.
