Which of these traits do you consider your strengths? Give examples of times when you were successful in exhibiting these traits and it led to a positive outcome.

Which of these traits do you think is your area of weakness? Give examples of times when you struggled because you were unable to successfully exhibit these traits. How do you plan to improve in this area?
