Supervisors Performance Analysis

Instructions for the individual assignment can be a little confusing. The assignment requires using your HR knowledge and learning along with your business acumen to analyze both cases as they have some different nuances. The ’employees’ you will write about are the 2 supervisors. Each one of them should have their own allocation of 350 words to address their situation. Make sure to include the text and at least 2 peer reviewed journal articles in this assignment.

As a caution, this assignment should include 2 individual 350 word writings, one for each supervisor. Introductions and conclusions beyond each of these 350 word entries would be excess.
