Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to assess your ability to compose a prospectus that demonstrates your ability to do the following:
- Research the theories and underpinnings of organizational culture and behavior.
- Synthesize and assemble the core foundational principles and constructs of organizational culture and behavior theory.
- Interpret and evaluate the influence of organizational culture and behavior for managers, leaders and followers.
Synopsis
During this course, you have written a prospectus (Chapters 1, 2, and 3), received peer and instructor feedback, delivered your presentation, and defended your research.
This assignment requires you to submit your prospectus in its final form.
The Prospectus
- Review all chapters of your prospectus and all of the feedback you have received.
- Review the assignment rubric.
- Compose a final version of your prospectus using the attached template , and integrating the feedback you have received.
- Download attached template
- Ensure that you have adhered to all APA guidelines.
- Include your poster as an appendix. (Note: This should be one PowerPoint slide.)
- Submit your assignment to Turnitin. Give yourself enough time to revise and resubmit ahead of the due date.
- By the due date indicated, upload your final work to Turnitin.
