After reading Ch. 13 in Griffith and Goodwin (2013), please read the “Problem” scenario with Joe, Fred, and Sally within the “Case: Mediating a Dispute” section. After reading the “Problem,” iin no less than three pages, please discuss how, as Joe, you might work with Fred and Sally to resolve the conflict. What would you do to facilitate a process for mediating the dispute without forcing your own desired outcome on the situation? What challenges might you face in the process? What do you see as your strengths?Your paper should be in APA style, with a Title and References page. At minimum, you should cite the class textbook and at least two other academic sources to support your claims. No Abstract is needed.
