1)  There’s no doubt that a SWOTT analysis provides useful information. But the question is – after a SWOTT analysis is conducted, what should the company do with the information? What do you think the next actions should be for the company to do after they go through a SWOTT analysis?

2)  Do you think externalities that influence a company are the same across all industries, or do different industries (like manufacturing vs. health care) have different external organizational considerations for the development of a strategic plan?
