I already wrote an essay and my teacher gave me a feedback, so I need you to fix my paper to be able to get a better grade.

First of all, you need to use the theories that we are studying. You cannot just pick random other concepts to apply here. That doesn’t indicate to me that you’ve learned the material for this class. The movie analysis option has 4 theories you can choose from (and you need to choose 2 of those 4), and you have to choose from that list of 4. It’s the 4 theories listed under the group/organizational heading: a functional perspective on decision-making, groupthink, cultural approach to organizations, and communicative constitution of organizations. So you analysis section needs to be completely redone. Second, I did make comments about your analysis, however, so you would understand what you are doing well on as you redo the paper with the correct theories. I think you are understanding the assignment correctly in terms of how you are supposed to analyze the movie (you just need to do so with material from the class).
