1. As a group, present your plan to increase sales and how you will implement it to customers in the dining room to boost revenue. Defend your selection.

2. List each service position.

3. For each service staff position, do the following:

  • Provide examples (supported by resources) on how each position will increase overall sales.
  • Explain how the management team intends to train each service staff department.
  • Include an explanation as to how the management team will track individual and team performance.
