Good morning Cess. I hope that you had a good weekend. I was hoping that you would be able to assist me with my learning team assignment. I just need two (350-400 word substantive comments about communication and group behavioral issues that might arise in an organization that hires employees for their first job.) You will have to read Case 2, (Global Shared Services, McDonald’s Corporation) which I am uploading and I have to post the two comments onto my team discussion page and the instructor will be grading us individually based on the comments. I am also sending you over this weeks chapters and you will also have to refer back to Chapter 7 as it talks about communication but you will see the full requirements on the assignment requirements that I am attaching to this.
