Read the article “Porter’s five forces of competitive position analysis” and be sure to use examples from the case study presented in the article “Business strategy” to address the following questions:

• Identify a specific industry and, relying on the information presented in both the article and the case study research, evaluate the impact of the five forces that drive competition in the industry that you have chosen.
• What unique challenges might one encounter while applying the five forces model to an international business environment such as the one described in the case study?
