Reflection Paper

For your final assignment, write a one-page paper that reflects on the most important things you learned in this course. Specifically:

Explain your perspective on customer service now, compared to when the course first started.
Identify at least two ideas or concepts that were very interesting to you, and explain why.
Describe your own philosophy of customer service and how you will apply the principles of this course at your current or future job.
Identify one company that provides excellent customer service and explain how that company reflects your own philosophy of customer service.
