   1. Identify benchmark organizations that are “top-in-class” in the specific content area of the change initiative millennial motivation in the workplace , providing a summary description. Benchmark Organization: UPS and Electronic Arts
   2. How will you carry out research of those organizations in the specific content areas of your capstone project (e.g., site visits, telephone interviews, literature searches, Web searches, or any other form of research) and what types of information or data are you researching?

1. Electronic Arts. EA excels at buying firms for talent, innovative metrics, identifying targeted candidates before positions open up, and employment branding.
2. UPS. No one does college recruiting so well and on such a large number of campuses.
