Analytical Review of the Criminal Justice System

This course examines the systems, processes and challenges of the three components of the criminal justice system – law enforcement, the courts, and corrections. Choose one of these components and describe a problem/challenge and your recommendations for the future. Your analysis should include a description of the problem, factors you believe contributed to the problem, your recommendation(s) for a solution, and how you would implement the solution. This paper should adhere to APA style standards including the following: Double space, 1” margins, title page, in text citation of references, and a reference page.
