1. Create an overview draft (350-500 words) that addresses the following:
- Describe briefly the context and your organization.
- Articulate the vision, mission, and strategy of your organization, business unit, or division.
- What are its sources of competitive advantage?
- What is the business opportunity?
Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
2. Based on the organization you selected, write an organizational plan (500-750 words) that addresses the following:
- Describe who will comprise your management team, and what talents or skills each of the team members will bring to the organization. Include a simple organizational chart.
- Outline a McKinsey 7-S assessment/model as it applies to your business.
- Describe the business-level strategy and how it fits with the corporate-level strategy.
Prepare this assignment according to the APA guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
