Course Project for a Project Management Class

I have a course project that will be due within an 8 week period. Each week more and more of the course project needs to be completed and will be due. Starting with this week (week1) Monday May 4th 2015-Sunday May 10th 2015, and ending in the week of June 22-Jun 28 (week8).
