Need management help with organizational behavior/ethics (125 words or so)
Having a code of Conduct is the best Thing for a workplace. This gives the employees a general rule of thumb per say. For example Some might consider a certain behavior to be alright , while another Person might consider that Same behavior to be Offensive. A code Of Conduct is like an outline to provide guidance for fair treatment across the board.
