After you finish reading Thucydides, you can read the EC article in Canvas, “The Thucydides Trap.”

You can write a short response to this article and discuss how you feel about the main thesis of Graham Allison. You can address this in many ways, e.g. How does he understand the problem? Is his theory valid? What do you think will happen? What’s happening right now? Etc.
