Thread: In Mattus’ paper Transformational Leadership for Project Managers: How to Lead, not just Manage Projects, the author discusses a dynamic leadership approach called transformational leadership. In the paper, Mattus cites leadership scholar Bass, who presented four interrelated components deemed essential for the transformational style: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration.
