Complete The Force field Analysis (Exercise 6.4) for your change initiative due in Week 8.  Briefly describe the forces for change and how they could be increased, the forces opposing change and how they could be reduced, and points of leverage.  Based on your analysis, what actions can you take to increase the likelihood of a successful change effort? I will be uploading what is the topic about and the page you need to complete the paper. The scenario will be the adoption of electronic health records in the healthcare sector as a replacement of the paper-based records system. Hospitals have been using paper-based record systems to take and store patient data. My idea seeks to show the justification for transitioning to electronic health records that offer several benefits including faster retrieval of patient data, makes sharing patient data possible and faster, enhances health outcomes, etc.
