Writing videos summary

Please watch these short YouTube Videos (7 to 9 minutes each) and write a one-page summary stating the key points on business climate you learn from them.  Clearly state a couple institutional voids that you find critical and explain how the entrepreneurs have overcome them. The summary must not have more than 1-typed page (based on 12-point Timed New Roman font, double-spaced, 1-inch margins all around). The links for the videos are on the assignment sheet.
