Primary Source for Law

PURPOSE: To allow you to determine whether there are primary sources of law that you can use in your research project.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Find out if there are any primary sources (remember that primary sources are statutes, case law, constitutional law, and administrative regulations) for your use in your final project case.

   ** Your primary source for this assignment must be something other than case law.

2. Place your findings into an internal memorandum.
