Importance of Prenuptial Agreement, Family Law discussion help

Scenario: Matt has come to your office. He says he is interested in having a prenuptial agreement drafted before he marries his fiancée, Lisa. He is a divorced father of 3. His children are all under 15 years of age and he has shared custody with his ex-wife Sandy. He has a $150k 401k with his employer and a couple of beach properties. He said his new wife Lisa is against any kind of prenuptial agreement as she is positive they are like peas and carrots and will be together forever. Would a prenuptial agreement be a good idea for Matt even though it will cause turmoil in his relationship with Lisa? Please explain in detail.
