Using the learning from this class, you will write a letter to the CEO of Tesoro Corporation (http://tsocorp.com/). In your letter, you will make recommendations that will improve the sustainability/performance of the company. You should identify whether your recommendations are a “major improvement” or a “game-changer” strategy. You should support your recommendations with examples from your readings and research.
