Juvenile justice reform is an issue. Many of the Juvenile systems need to be improved to help the futures of young offenders. The juveniles need to be diverted to rehabilitative and specialized evidenced-based treatment programs in the communities. Perhaps these programs can rehabilitate juveniles and put them on the correct path.
