Crisis Management Plan

Using the outline (21 steps) on page 422 of your textbook (chapter 11), create a Crisis Management Plan (CMP) for the organization for which you work. If your organization already has a crisis management plan, you may use it as a starting point, but please do not simply copy it and post it.

Make your CMP as realistic as possible for the context in which you work.

Talk to the head of your company as you are doing this assignment. Chances are, this is a document that your company greatly needs!
