What would you do? You are a prison counselor in a coed prison and have some real concerns about your coworker’s treatment of offenders. You hear him screaming obscenities at them in his office, and one time you saw him pat a female prisoner on the rear end and say, “Be sweet to me and I’ll get you out of here.” No one else seems to notice that anything is wrong. Could you have misinterpreted the exchange with the prisoner? Might it have been simply bad taste rather than sexual harassment? Should you do anything?
