This 4-6 minute manuscript speech discusses a specific object, process, event, concept, place, person OR attempts to change an audience’s attitude, beliefs, values, and/or behavior. Proper organization, citation of sources and effective delivery are required. You must have a minimum of 3 oral citations to support your main points (at least 1 oral citation per main point). Wikipedia is not an acceptable source. Only one source may be from the Internet. One point will be deducted for every 30 seconds you go over or under the time limit.
