A. Stakeholder Assignment: Indicate company.
- Identify the specific relevant stakeholders for the subject firm.
- For each stakeholder, identify the key satisfaction attributes for each stakeholder.
- Determine, to the extent possible based on the information provided in the case, how well the subject firm is meeting the key satisfaction attributes for each stakeholder.
B. Critical Thinking—Evaluation and Deduction—Assignment: Indicate industry.
- Conduct a Porter’s Five-Force analysis on the group project industry. (See paper.)
- Evaluate each of the five forces. Determine relevant aspects of each force in the particular industry, and summarize with your evaluation of the strength of each force. (See paper.)
- Based on this analysis, determine the recommendations you would make for: –a firm already in the particular industry
–a firm considering entering the particular industry
