Forgiveness/Lenience Letter

I need a page or less lenience letter regarding my friend who is in prison. Hes a great father, very involved with the community and family. He was raised by his grandmother (paternal) because his mother has been on drugs all his life and his father has never been part of his life. He lived on the west side (the poorer side of Fresno) where his grandmother lived in a gang neighborhood which leds others to think he was from that specific neighborhood. This made him have to defend himself from others who picked on him beacause they assumed he was a gang member.

There was a little girl named Maria Vasquez who was on her last stage of brain cancer whos last wish was to ride with a pack of bikes as they do in the movies. Him and a few others made her wish come true. 100+ bicycle riders came together with her riding as well and made her wish come true. She died 3 months later.
