Emotional-intelligence competencies are important for today’s leaders. In your paper, address the following:
- Summarize the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace.
- Describe a situation in which you witnessed a leader who demonstrated emotional intelligence
- Describe a leader who did not demonstrate emotional intelligence.
- Summarize their behaviors/actions and how their behaviors impacted the workplace.
Your paper should be 2-3 pages long, plus a title page and reference page. Follow APA format, include two outside academic sources to support your responses.
