Methodology of Economic Crimes
Check fraud is a common crime. Many methods have been developed for committing check fraud. Some that were listed in the text are:
- Closed account checks
- Counterfeit checks
- Forged signatures
- Forged endorsements
- Check kiting
- Altered checks
- Identity assumption
