Week 3 cd 1st Response

Do you believe that the Broken Windows theory is more helpful than hurtful? I have a few friends in the policing community here in TN, and if they don’t act on the crime then criminals start to spread like wild fires. They’ve found that more reactive policing has helped with the crime rate due to the mistrust of police already in the community. Which do you feel is better? Reactive or Proactive policing? I think it should depend on the community and how they respond to the police units. Based on my research, I feel confident that others would agree.
