How Full Is Your Bucket? (150 points) – Students will be required to read How Full is Your Bucket? by Tom Rath and Donald O. Clifton. The hospitality industry is not for the weak or faint of heart. It is an exhausting industry that for the right person with the right mindset, they will not only enjoy working in, but thrive in as well. Students will write a paper about what they learned from the book. They will discuss how they can implement the changes in their current life as well as how the philosophy from the book can be beneficial as a manager in the hospitality industry.
