Do you agree that ACH cannot overcome bias?

This forum looks at bias in the Analysis of Competing Hypotheses process. From it, you will consider if the ACH process is too simple and does not consider bias towards the primary hypothesis of the analyst.

• Do you agree that ACH cannot overcome bias?
• Do you see any other problems with this process? How can they be mitigated?
