This will provide an opportunity for the program to be reviewed and accredited by all accreditation agencies. Include the following in your submission:
- Include a policy that implements a procedure for achieving continuous quality improvement (CQI).
- From the statistics collected in your Key Assignment, provide a graph that depicts your data outcome.
