- Overview – Provide an overview of the organization.
- Structure – Provide a description of the organizational structure and the levels of
supervision and leadership. Include an organizational chart as an Appendix. - Comparison – Using course materials and other independent research sources,
conduct a comparison of the organization’s current types of behaviors and effective
behavioral practices. - Problems/Solutions – Identify 3-5 organizational behavior problems/areas of concern
within your organization and explain how you would resolve those problems. Ensure that you support your proposed solutions with solid, research-based, facts and principles.
This assignment is designed to guide you in an objective study of organizational behavior in an environment that you are familiar with. If you approach it with an open mind and put proper effort into it, you should obtain a substantial amount of new knowledge that you can apply in your own “world.” All material will be kept strictly confidential.
