Note: You must read Chapter 9 (Project Scheduling) and Chapter 12 (Resource Management) in your text before starting this discussion.

In Unit 2, you created the initial WBS for your project. In Unit 4, we continue working with that WBS to create a project schedule and critical path. In addition, you will analyze what constraints may be present for your project.

Respond to the following questions:

• Remind us of your project goals in 1-2 sentences.
• As you review your WBS, are there tasks that can be completed concurrently or do they all need to be completed as serial activities?
• How would you use Microsoft Project to display serial versus concurrent activities?
