Applying Diffusion Principles for Adoption
Research an organization within your field of study to examine an application of diffusion principles. Consider how you would encourage adoption of an organization-wide technology. (An example of an organization-wide technology is a document management system or DMS). Your paper should include the following:
- Independent research that supports the advantages of your selected technology.
- A detailed plan for addressing how you will encourage various people within the organization (for example, executive leadership, management, analysts, production, customer service representatives, etc.) to adopt the technology.
- Roger’s 5-step diffusion principles.
Be sure to back up your statements and assertions with research (properly cited) that shows you have made a thorough analysis based on evidence.
Your paper should be 2-3 pages long and formatted per CSU-Global guidelines for APA Style
