After watching the video, share your ideas about the following brainstorm question based on your opinion or your own experiences. Begin immediately without completing your reading, no later than Monday or Tuesday.
- Based on your own opinion of the “gluten free buzz,” what do you think gluten is and do you think this is a one size fits all diet for the digestive system?

- Thinking about how the digestive system is physiologically affected by gluten in various digestive conditions (including normal), who would you say is most negatively impacted by gluten in their diet and why?
