350 word response assignment dealing with attached article.

This is my first experience using this site and I am hoping to receive a little help from the following question:

Write a 350 word initial response explaining disengaging from terrorism and its potential importance regarding counter-terrorism strategies. Include in your answer how disengaging from terrorism relates to the psychological approach of viewing terrorism as a process.
