Here is some of what I have so far.

Scientific management is a process of finding the line of efficiency between employees and work tasks by standardizing a process for each work task. An advantage of a management style like this is that it would keep a baseline on to how work tasks. To a degree, it removes the individuality of workers and their approaches to the jobs they are assigned. If a worker is assigned to run a piece of manufacturing equipment, there is only one acceptable way to operate it. With only one proper way of operating equipment or working specific jobs, that process can be easily adjusted to increase efficiency. If an issue with manufacturing a product through scientific management, the standardized process can be reviewing to see where it, or the manufacturing employee, went wrong, and how to take steps to correct those mistakes.

In today’s world, most business is primarily ran using technology/computers. Jobs are more complex, which requires employees to utilize sophisticated problem-solving skills or the use of creative thinking (Riggio, 2013, pp. 7).
