The topic is “Given the growing Euroscepticism spreading throughout the European Union, which of the three main institutions, The Council, The Parliament or the Commission could best counter this political outgrowth and why?”

This can be written as an essay or report, worth 40% and has to be 3000 words.

There’s no other information available than that. It’s quite ‘loose’ so if you have an expertise or passion in this area, it would suit you perfectly as there’s a bit of creative licence with it.

So i know some basic information like:

• The European Union is made up of 28 members (less the UK = 27).• An economy collectively valued at approximately Euro 16 trillion• The Eurozone – the countries part of the single currency and the Economic and Monetary Union = 19 countries out of 28.• Single Market – Free movement of people, goods, services and capital.
