2. Watch the 2 “Helping” videos required for this week.

4. Commit three random act of kindness.
5. Write 2-3 pages considering the following questions:
   1. What were your three random acts of kindness?
   2. How did you feel about committing these acts of kindness and how did you feel afterwards?
   3. Did anyone react to your acts of kindness?  What sorts of reactions did they have?
   4. There are different theories for motivation for helping described in Chapter 12. Which theory do you most relate to based on your experience?
