You are an employee at TerraCycle.  TerraCycle wants to use recycled soda bottles in which to sell its fertilizer product, and the CEO would like information on the bottle deposit laws for certain states in which the product will be sold.  Unfortunately, as a start-up, money is tight and the company needs to be well-informed before consulting an attorney.
