In this module, you learned about noncompete employment contracts (Chapter 14).  Many business fields actively use these clauses in employment contracts.  Do you feel noncompete contracts should remain legally binding, or should Congress eliminate their use?  Discuss this from the view of the employee, the employer and the economy.  Remember, if you use research sources to shape your opinion, cite your source.
