Utilizing the notes and/or information you have been collecting from each decision round of the Country Manager simulation, you will write about your experience in the simulation. This paper should be 5 – 10 pages, and formatted in accordance with current APA guidelines. Your paper will include:
- Your initial regional marketing strategy. Be sure to include countries entered, target markets served and positioning and mix strategies within those countries.
- Any important changes to your initial strategy and the rationale for those changes.
- Your firm’s performance objectives and actual performance
- Key strategic moves that led to your success (or demise)
- How you left the company positioned for the future
- Important lessons learned from the simulation experience
The paper includes the supporting documentation and details and should expand on the points raised and more detailed.
