Describe the best organization or business entity you were ever associated with. Why was it the best? Describe its culture. How did this company hire for cultural fit, but a) not end up with the negatives of “group think,” and (b) still encourage differences of opinion and input? Please use examples to support your posting. 2-3 simple paragraphs in APA style with in text citation and references will work for this post.
