I have to create a video which I will do myself but I need assistance on what to talk about and present in the video. Here is what was given to me. Begin working on a corresponding Employment Laws Training video designed for all supervisor, manager, director, and officer personnel. This training video cannot exceed more than seven minutes in duration.

Produce the video using any app or software of your choosing that can create videos.
