1. Googles’s Hiring Process (3 minutes)

Hiring the right people for the job is a key factor in successful organizations. The Human Resource function (HR) is becoming more vital to firms each day. Turnover rate is extremely costly to firms. Hiring the right people for the right position is one variable that separates high performing firms from lower performing firms. Discuss this video with the above in mind when you begin your discussion on the board.

2. Generational Differences (3 minutes)

The most challenging issue in the workplace today is not race, religion or creed; it is generational differences. We see this in everything from our politics to our school systems. This is a great topic for discussion so take the discussion in any direction you want.
