- Navigate to the discussion thread below and respond to the following questions based on your current organization or one with which you are familiar (a different organization than the hotel selected for the HR simulation). Be sure to identify the organization in your discussion.
- Leadership:-Spiritual and Ethical Leadership.
- Synthesize views of spiritual and ethical leadership paradigms from classical leadership research with your own experience to articulate a personal worldview perspective.
- Describe the human resource management implications arising from your personal worldview perspective of spiritual and ethical leadership paradigms.
- Note: A synthesis is a combination of independent parts into a whole. For this section of your discussion forum, include one or more concepts from each of the two required leadership article readings, add in your personal perspective based on your understanding or experience of the leadership topic, and then provide one or more HR implications that could result from the synthesis.
- Integration of Faith and Learning.
- Review the 6.1 Devotional and Scripture reading.
- In the Devotional reading, Maxwell (2002) describes the apparent paradox in spiritual leadership. Explain the paradox in spiritual leadership, providing insight for how such wisdom insight may be practically applied in a leader’s life (by expanding on at least one of Maxwell’s suggestions).
- Identify the leadership lessons that can be learned from the Scripture reading and how these might be incorporated in the workplace.
- Leadership:-Spiritual and Ethical Leadership.
- Provide a detailed post that demonstrates clear, insightful critical thinking. Your initial posting should be 200-300 words long.
